  1. This kind of grain broadcaster has recently been introduced to Cambodia and is solely used by the Conservation Agriculture Service Center (CASC), which belongs to the Department of Agricultural Land Resources Management (DALRM), General Directorate of Agriculture (GDA). The CASC team is involved in the design and assessment of direct seeding mulch-based cropping (DMC) systems in different agro-ecoregions. DMC is mainly developed for rainfed lowland rice, irrigated rice, and annual upland crops (i.e., cassava, maize, soybean, and others pulse crops). A large diversity of cover/relay crops are used within DMC systems. To learn more about the main principles of DMC systems, please follow the link.
